Return Policy:
You have 30 days from the date the order delivers or is ready for pickup to return for store credit or exchange. No refunds will be issued, only store credit. A store credit will be issued via email within 1-4 business days after receiving your return. You will then be able to add this to a future purchase. Merchandise must be in original condition showing no signs of wear, including original packaging and tags attached. Shoe Boxes must be inside a shipping box (or polybag), altered shoe boxes will not be accepted.
Return shipping and handling is the customers responsibility and shipping charges on the original purchase will not be credited back to you. You may return to us via the carrier of your choice, but we recommend obtaining tracking on your package. After we receive your return, exchange shipping is a flat rate of $10 + tax and must be paid before we can ship your exchange to you. All SALE items, jewelry, lashes, car freshies, Lavender Thorne, and all special orders are final sale and cannot be returned.
Holiday Return Policy:
Gift Purchases made November 1, 2026 through December 24, 2026 will have extended return window until January 24, 2027. No refunds will be issued, only store credit. We reserve the rights to reject any item returned to us. Any items that appear to have been worn, altered, have had the tags removed, or are received to us after the return period will be returned to the customer at the customer's expense. If postage to return the items is not paid within 5 days of receiving return, the items(s) will be donated to the charity of your choice.
Returns can also be brought into any TRW location and return processed for store credit or exchange.
