Return items must be postmarked within 30 days from the delivery date. No refunds will be issued, only store credit. A store credit will be issued via email within 1-2 business days after receiving your return. You will then be able to add this to a future purchase. Merchandise must be in original condition, including original packaging and tags attached. Shoe Boxes must be inside a shipping box (or polybag), altered shoe boxes will not be accepted.
Return shipping and handling is the customers responsibility and shipping charges on the original purchase will not be credited back to you. You may return to us via the carrier of your choice, but we recommend obtaining tracking on your package. All SALE items, jewelry, lashes, car freshies, swimwear, and all special orders are final sale and cannot be returned.

STORE PICK-UP: All Swimwear can be tried on in store & returned for Store Credit, ONLY if All Liners & Tags are Attached. Once swimwear LEAVES the store it will NOT be eligible for any return: store credit or refund.
We reserve the rights to reject any item returned to us. Any items that appear to have been worn, altered, have had the tags removed, or are received to us after the return period will be returned to the customer at the customer's expense. If postage to return the items is not paid within 5 days of receiving return, the items(s) will be donated to the charity of your choice.
Returns can also be dropped off at any TRW location for return pickup. In store drop-offs will be processed within 1-4 business days.
