•you will be sent link to preview and claim exclusive items at least 2 hours before launching item in TRW’s private facebook group.
•to claim exclusive item you will just need to be logged into your account and use your personal VIP access code provided to you.
•once items have been claimed the total amount will be deducted from your VIP account balance.
•if VIP account balance is less than claim order amount - you will be notified and sent an invoice for the remaining balance.
•all invoices & claim links will expire once exclusive is launch in TRW Tribe
•once exclusive is launch the only way to claim is commenting in line as normal.
•to keep an Exclusive VIP Access spot your account balance must remain at a minimum of $50.00 per spot. (i.e. you purchase 2 spots for $200 - your account will have to stay at $100 to keep your spot)
•if purchase multiple spots the accounts balances can draft from one another - you will receive # access codes & # full spots with full future perks.
•if your account balance falls under $50.00 per spot - we will send 2 notices. One immediately with a 7 day replenishment notice and one with a 2 day replenishment notice.
•if you choose to not replenish your account balance to $50.00 per spot - after 7 Days your remaining balance will automatically turn in a TRW gift card & be emailed to your email address on account. At this time your Exclusive VIP Access spot(s) will be forfeited.
•once spots are forfeited - they will be announced & up for grabs.

•you will be able to check balance of account by texting a direct VIP access customer service line provided to you with your VIP access code.
•you can forfeit your spot at anytime - remaining balance will turn into a TRW gift card and be emailed to your email on account
